Mirus Bio公司是世界上最早开发高效、低细胞毒性转染试剂的公司之一，同时也是目前该类试剂最主要的供应商之一。Mirus Bio的大部分转染试剂可以在含有血清的培养基中进行转染，省去了更换培养基的麻烦。TransIT-L1是Mirus产品的王牌，自1995年开发出来就申请了美国专利(US 5,744,335)。该项专利技术后来License给了Roche公司，以Fugene 6的品牌对外销售。TransIT-TKO & siQUEST转染试剂是常规siRNA转染试剂的王牌，与脂质体介导的转染试剂相比，该转染试剂可以高效转染siRNA，并且极大地降低了细胞的损伤程度。该试剂与siRNA混合转染细胞时，可以特异性剔除某些基因的表达，用于siRNA介导的基因沉默现象的研究。TransIT-Oligo转染试剂是即用型试剂，可以高效地将各种类型的寡聚核苷酸和寡聚脱氧核苷酸转染至受体细胞中。

此外，Mirus Bio还开发了专门针对特殊细胞的体外转染试剂，例如分别针对Jurkat，COS，3T3等细胞的转染试剂。Mirus Bio的科学家们新近开发了一种新的DNA转染试剂：TransITTM-2020 Transfection Reagent。TransITTM的性能优于FuGENETM、LipofectamineTM 2000和 LipofectamineTM 2000 CD；可在多种类型的细胞（包括难转染细胞）中实现高表达。

Our initial breakthrough in 1996 came with the development of a new type of transfection reagent that combined high efficiency delivery with low cellular toxicity: TransIT®-LT1 (Low Toxicity) Reagent remains the “gold standard” for broad-based gene delivery applications.

应用场景

AccuraMatrixCTC培养可用于肿瘤无创早诊、复发监测、用药指导。细胞外生物材料技术涵盖肿瘤早、中、晚全阶段，早期高危和高度怀疑患者的诊断(液体活检，基因诊断无法确诊)，

CTC可以通过对肿瘤细胞的病历诊断做到无创确诊；支持低成本长期培养，可以帮助患者建立起抗药肿瘤模型，并提前筛选出药效药物，指导肿瘤复发治疗，利用CTC培养对治疗效果进

行评估，监测肿瘤复发；晚期病人获得肿瘤样品难，通过CTC为病人寻找有效药物和药物组合。

另外，AccuraMatrix体外培养扩增后的CTC细胞团可用于动物模型构建，支持肿瘤新药研发、监测肿瘤复发、疗效评估和用药指导。

循环肿瘤细胞体外培养的基质材料优化及其相关临床应用产品的研发，实现了高成功率循环肿瘤细胞体外培养，建立了世界唯一的循环肿瘤细胞动物体内种植方法，成功地利用循环肿

Life Diagnotics生产的PEG试剂主要包括抗体、ELISA试剂盒以及PE化蛋白。

（2）PEG ELISA试剂盒：竞争法ELISA检测PEG化蛋白(含甲氧基，或不含甲氧基)；夹心法ELISA快速检测甲氧基PEG(mPEG)和mPEG化蛋白；抗PEG IgG和IgM ELISA试剂盒用于检测小鼠、大鼠和猴血清或血浆中PEG抗体的水平。

（3）PEG化蛋白

此外，Life Diagnostics还提供PEG包被的微孔板和封闭缓冲液，专门设计用于免疫检测PEG或PEG化抗体。大多数商业化的ELISA试剂盒含有去垢剂如Tween-20(一种含有PEG的去垢剂)会干扰PEG的检测。Life Diagnostics公司提供的封闭缓冲液不含去垢剂和PEG, 可用于稳定包被有PEG或PEG抗体的平板。

Life Diagnostics除提供多种心肌标志物ELISA检测试剂盒之外，还生产多种纯化的心肌生物标志物蛋白，包括肌钙蛋白I、肌钙蛋白T、肌钙蛋白复合物、肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白等，可提供来自不同物种包括人、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、牛和猴的蛋白。

MicroResp™ is a unique microplate-based respiration system that enables the user to analyse up to 96 soil, sediment or water samples and test a range of carbon sources and/or replicates in a small compact space.

While some sole C-source tests tend to select for fast-growing bacteria and rely on growth of organisms, MicroResp™ gives more immediate responses to these substrates and reflects activity rather than growth by measuring responses in the first 6 hours. MicroResp™ is currently being used to carry out colorimetric detection or 14C detection measuring CO2 evolved from carbon substrate utilisation in soils. This methodology can be adapted to suit any experimental schedule and microplate reader although calibration is required.

什么是MicroResp™？

MicroResp™是一个独特的基于微孔板的呼吸系统，它使用户能够在一个小且紧凑的空间内分析多达96个土壤、沉积物或水样，

并测试一系列碳源以及进行重复实验。

虽然一些仅针对C-源的测试倾向于选择快速生长的细菌并依赖生物体的生长，但MicroResp™能在前6小时内对这些底物做出更
